Return & Refund Policy

At Cowhide Kingdoms, each cowhide is hand-selected and quality-checked. We also share product photos for customer confirmation before dispatch to ensure satisfaction.

Returns

  1. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition.
  3. Return requests must be approved before sending the item back.

Refunds

  1. Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to original payment method.
  2. Processing time depends on your payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).

Shipping

  1. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  2. Originally FREE DELIVERY is offered 

Non-Returnable Items

  1. Custom or personalized orders
  2. Sale or clearance items
  3. Items approved by the customer via pre-dispatch photo confirmation, unless damaged or defective

Natural variations in color, pattern, or size are normal for cowhide and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
